Deep Work

When to use it:
Start Deep Work when you need to perform for cognitively demanding tasks such as learning.

How to use it:
Press ‘Deep Work’ button to start a session, to enable distraction alerts and access focus boost features. Exit the session when you finish.

How it works:
Distraction Alert and Focus Biofeedback help train your skill at managing distractibility, and settling your mind to focus. Focus Slip Alert and Focus Breath Pacing help improve your skill at maintaining focus, and getting into flow.

Deep Focus

What is it:
Deep focus is a skill to perform for deep work, tasks that are cognitively demanding, like learning and analyzing. It enables you to tap greater cognitive processing power in the subconscious part of the brain.

What to do:
You can develop this skill with Deep Work, which trains you to reduce distractibility, and maintain longer stretches of deep focus, to build Flow to get into flow.




Focus Biofeedback

When to use it:
Use Focus Biofeedback when it takes a long time to settle your mind to focus, or even feel light-headed.

How to use it:
Let the Focus Biofeedback meter guide you 1) relax your body as you breathe in, 2) feel as much bodily sensation as you can, as you breath out. Repeat these steps, using the value to find the intuition of deep focus.

How it works:
Focus Biofeedback is a biofeedback assisted meditation, which helps train your skill at tuning into focus by letting you know if you are doing it right, to help you optimize your psychophysiology to get into deep focus.



Focus Breath Pacing

When to use it:
Use Focus Breath Pacing, when you have difficulty maintaining focus on tasks, or even feel a bit anxious.
How to use it:
Listen to the background white noise, and as your thoughts go astray it transforms to synchronize with your breathing, follow the rhythm to pace your breath until you return to focus.

When to use it:

When to use it:
Get Focus Slip Alert to help keep your attention from being hijacked by mental chatter as you work.

How to use it:
